Valoroso Foods is offering full time positions to experienced deli clerksand baristas in our NEW YALETOWN location. We import a vast variety of Italian, Spanish and other European specialties. We pride ourselves in meticulously hand picking the best products Europe has to offer, always at the forefront of new and exciting food trends.

Valoroso Foods directly sources traditional and new grocery items from the original producers and brings them right to the tables of our community.

The right candidate will have an appreciation and willingness to transmit our passion for what we do to our customers. This position is a platform that will allow you to inspire members of our community to embark on new culinary adventures. We offer training and lots of opportunity for growth.

Duties include:

- Customer service in deli and coffee bar
- Inventory stocking and rotation
- Cleaning and sanitation duties
- Cashier duties
- Opening and closing duties

Applicants must:





- have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a deli like setting and or barista experience
- be familiar with food handling
- have basic knife skills
- have experience using and cleaning slicers
- have L1 Foodsafe or willingness to obtain
- have a flexible schedule
- be able to work efficiently and prioritize tasks
- live in Vancouver

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
