Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, with an emphasis on customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning needs or concerns.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and operational.
- Execute commercial cleaning duties in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials as required during cleaning operations.




- Maintain custodial supplies inventory and report any shortages to management.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for cleaning purposes.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to clean thoroughly while adhering to safety standards.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during cleaning operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.25-$20.25 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
