About Mobile Klinik

Mobile Klinik is growing, and we are looking for motivated Mobile Device Repair Technicians to join our team in Hamilton, Burlington, and Kitchener.

We repair a wide range of consumer electronics, including smartphones, tablets, iPads, laptops, gaming consoles such as PlayStation and Xbox, and other electronic devices.

We are looking for someone who enjoys technology, troubleshooting, repairing electronics, and working directly with customers.

If you have previous repair experience, that's a strong asset. However, we are also willing to train the right motivated candidate.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, iPads, laptops, gaming consoles, and other electronic devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform repairs such as screen, battery, charging port, camera, button, and other component replacements.
- Test devices before and after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
- Identify repair issues accurately and provide customers with repair options and recommendations.
- Provide friendly and skilled customer service.
- Recommend accessories, services, and other products based on customer needs.
- Assist with sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Earn additional commission on qualifying sales.
- Maintain accurate repair and customer records.
- Keep the repair area and store clean, organized, and professional.
- Handle customer devices carefully and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
- Stay up to date with new devices, technologies, and repair techniques.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience repairing mobile devices,



computers, gaming consoles, or electronics is an asset.
- Strong interest in technology and electronics.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending products or services.
- Reliable, professional, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Retail or sales experience is an asset.
- Training will be provided to motivated candidates with a strong interest in electronics repair.

Compensation & Benefits
