Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel & Suites / 97 Street Pub is looking for a Part-Time Bartender to join our team. We are looking for an experienced applicant who is used to a quick-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greeting customers in a friendly, helpful manner
- Preparation of Cocktails and Highballs and the proper pouring of beer and wine.
- Providing food and beverage services to customers
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
- Restocking inventory when needed
- Preparing for shifts by opening or closing the floor, getting all equipment ready, cleaning all areas, sanitizing all surfaces, stocking supplies, etc.
- Helping with any other duties that may come along with running the restaurant.

Experience:

- Previous experience in hospitality or other related fields is preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Lift up to 50 Lbs
- Available weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kelowna, BC V1X 4J1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- Bartending: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)
