The Shop Laborer supports daily operations by handling materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and protected work environment. Reporting to the Foreman, this role requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety, with occasional travel to other sites and overtime availability.

Responsibilities

· Handle and organize materials efficiently

· Perform routine equipment maintenance

· Maintain cleanliness and safety of the site

· Load and unload materials as needed

· Collaborate effectively with team members and foreman

· Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

· Be available for occasional travel to other sites

· Work overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

· Entry-level experience in general labor

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Basic hand tool proficiency

· Physical stamina for demanding tasks

· Strong adherence to safety compliance

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
