We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing luxury wellness clinic in Oakville.

Breathe Massage Bar is a boutique wellness space specializing in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, therapeutic massage, facial lymphatic treatments, and elevated wellness experiences. We’re passionate about providing our clients with exceptional treatments in a beautiful, calm, and professional environment.

The Opportunity

This position is ideal for an RMT who enjoys working in a luxury, boutique setting and wants to build a robust clientele while providing high-quality, personalized treatments.

Our services have a strong focus on lymphatic drainage and therapeutic bodywork, so an interest in or experience with lymphatic techniques is a major asset. Training in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage may also be available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional, customized Registered Massage Therapy treatments
- Perform therapeutic massage and lymphatic drainage treatments
- Create a warm, relaxing, and elevated client experience
- Conduct thorough client assessments and maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Educate clients on appropriate aftercare and treatment recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful treatment environment
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Provide skilled recommendations based on each client’s individual needs
- Follow all professional standards and regulations required by the CMTO

What We’re Looking For





- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional, reliable, and confident in your hands-on skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about wellness, bodywork, and client care
- Interested in lymphatic drainage and learning specialized techniques
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing an exceptional client experience
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a small, collaborative team
- A polished, professional presence that aligns with a luxury wellness environment

Experience with lymphatic drainage, post-operative care, facial massage, or other specialized bodywork is an asset, but not required.
