Immediate full-time positions available for experienced pick-up truck drivers for our property maintenance company serving the Greater Hamilton area. Duties include driving crews to job sites and be an active participant in general labourer landscaping type duties. For example, mow or edge lawns, weeding, trimming or edging around flower beds, board-ups, etc. Ensure proper disposal of garbage and debris from all job sites. Follow all health, safety and emergency policies and procedures. Complete all related duties, as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 2 plus yrs of driving pick-up truck.

- G and/or D license - clean abstract

- MUST have experience and proficiency in hauling cargo size trailers. Ability to maneuve - backing up, parking, etc.

- 5-ton dump truck experience an asset

- Previous landscaping experience

- Experience using landscaping/maintenance hand tools and equipment: tractor - mower, chain saw, backhoe, skid steer,



mini excavator, etc.

- Definite Asset - if you are a jack-of-all-trades - carpentry, board-ups, demolition, etc.

- Capable of hard physical, repetitive labour in hot and cold environments

- Regular and timely attendance is a must

- All job sites are non-smoking

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
