We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving to support our day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on role responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory movement, production support, and stock replenishment. - Complete daily shipping and delivery transactions.
- Pick and stage inventory for FBA and U.S. transfer shipments.
- Assist with palletizing and preparing larger scheduled shipments.

Receiving & Storage

- Receive incoming supplies, parts, raw materials, and other inventory.
- Match incoming goods against purchase orders and receiving records.
- Verify quantities and complete receipts in the ERP system.

- Put received inventory into the appropriate warehouse locations.

- Monitor accessible working locations and replenish them from reserve storage.
- Make sure commonly used inventory is available for daily operations.
- Perform basic internal stock movements as required.
- Report inventory discrepancies or location issues when identified.

Physical Nature of the Role

Our inventory includes a significant number of printers and other bulky or heavy products.

This is an active, hands-on warehouse position. The successful candidate should be comfortable:

- Handling and moving printers and other bulky equipment.
- Moving products on pallets/skids.
- Using appropriate material-handling equipment.
- Performing regular picking, receiving, storage, and stock-movement activities throughout the workday.
- Following safe material-handling practices.

Product Knowledge

Experience or familiarity with the following products is not mandatory, but would be a strong asset:

- Printers and printer equipment
- Computers and computer hardware
- Printer and computer parts
- Accessories and peripherals
- Common replacement parts and components

Someone who can recognize different types of printers, computers, parts, and accessories will generally be able to learn the inventory and warehouse processes more quickly.

What We're Looking For

- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is preferred.
- Comfortable working with inventory and ERP or warehouse-management systems.
- Able to accurately pick, count, verify, and record inventory.
- Organized and able to follow scheduled daily routines.
- Able to work independently and manage priorities.
- Comfortable working with bulky and heavy merchandise.
- Reach-truck or forklift experience is an asset.
- Product knowledge related to printers, computers, parts, and accessories is an asset.
- Positive attention to detail, particularly with inventory transactions and paperwork.
- Willing to maintain a clean, organized, and operationally ready warehouse.

What Success Looks Like

A successful Warehouse Associate keeps the daily warehouse operation under control:

- Orders are picked and shipped on time.
