The Book Fairs Division is hiring for two Warehouse Fulfillment Clerk positions. Both roles support the accurate preparation, organization, and fulfillment of Book Fair materials.

We have openings for:

- Part‑Time Position (5 days per week)
- Part‑Time Position (3 days per week)

Each role offers a different weekly schedule but carries the same core responsibilities.

Work Location: This position works out of our Calgary location at 10221 15 St NE, Bay 28, Calgary, AB.

Primary Responsibilities

- Picking and packing orders and preparing Book Fair orders to meet productivity and quality requirements.




- Stocking and organizing inventory shelves to maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
- Processing returns receiving, inspecting, and processing returned materials according to established procedures.
- Pricing products and ensuring accurate product identification and labeling.
- Maintaining facility cleanliness through routine housekeeping duties.
- Performing moderate to heavy lifting, up to 40 lbs, while following safe handling practices.
- Completing additional warehouse tasks as assigned to support overall operations.

Qualifications

- High school education with at least six months of relevant work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Robust attention to detail with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
