At Elevate Eyecare, we believe exceptional eye care goes beyond the exam room. We’re a patient-centered eye clinic with a curated optical space, focused on delivering a warm, personalized experience from start to finish. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member who loves helping people see (and feel) their best!
What You’ll Do:
- Create a welcoming, personalized experience for every patient
- Guide patients through frame selection and lens and coating options tailored to their visual needs and lifestyle
- Support patients with ordering, pricing, insurance perks, and point-of-sale processes
- Assist with pre-testing, appointment flow, and general clinic support as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing optical and reception area
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
- A warm, professional communicator who enjoys working with people
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- An interest in eyewear, fashion, retail, or healthcare (optical experience is an asset but not required)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
