Part-Time Receptionist

About The Role:
We’re seeking a friendly, organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while keeping our clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
– Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
– Schedule appointments and coordinate our booking system
– Handle phone inquiries and patient communications
– Process payments and maintain accurate records
– Support clinic operations with general administrative tasks
– Assist our team of practitioners as needed
What We’re Looking For:
– Robust interpersonal and communication skills
– Comfortable learning new software and technology (Jane App)
– Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
– Professional, reliable, and punctual
– Interest in sports, fitness, or healthcare is a plus
– Previous reception or customer service experience is an asset
