Duties:

- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on site

Skills:

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

Note: Prior experience in construction is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
