Store Manager
Location: Montréal, QC
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Evenings, weekends and holidays as required
Build Something That Matters.
Some restaurants are built to operate.
Others are built to grow.
We're building the second.
We're an independent, fast-growing restaurant group with a clear vision, high standards and an unwavering commitment to quality. Every decision we make is intentional—from the food we serve to the way we develop our people.
We're looking for a Store Manager who wants more than just another management position.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in building strong teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences and running a restaurant with consistency, discipline and professionalism.
If you believe excellence is built through the small details, we'd like to meet you.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one restaurant while leading your team to execute our standards every single day.
You'll coach people, solve problems, maintain quality, protect the guest experience and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently.
You won't be expected to reinvent the business.
You'll be trusted to execute a proven system exceptionally well while helping us continue to improve it.
Success in this role comes from leadership, consistency, accountability and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality, food service or retail management
- Experience leading high-volume operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable making decisions under pressure
- Experience with inventory management and POS systems
- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly wage plus tips
- Staff meals during every shift
- Ongoing coaching and leadership development
- The opportunity to join a growing independent company where your work has a direct impact
- A respectful, professional workplace built on accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
As we continue to grow, we're developing new opportunities for internal advancement, expanded employee benefits and future franchise development.
The people who help build this company today will be the first considered as those opportunities become available.
Who Thrives Here
You'll probably enjoy working with us if you:
- Lead by example rather than by title
- Take ownership of your work
- Care about the little things because they become the big things
- Hold yourself and your team to a high standard
- Stay calm under pressure
- Believe that consistency beats excuses
This role isn't for everyone.
If you're simply looking for a place to punch in and punch out, you'll probably be happier somewhere else.
If you're looking to build a career, develop people, and help grow a company with ambition, we'd love to hear from you.
