We are seeking long term, dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) to grow our team! This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your clientele in a larger clinic setting, with extensive access to supplies all built into one comission price. Ran and operated by local women RMT professionals.

Our main clinic is over 3000 square feet which includes free offsite and onsite parking for both clients and staff, x2 handicap accessible washrooms, private staff room, seperate storage kitchen, seperate linen closet, x1 large couples room, and x8 treatment rooms varying in size (most heavily larger than standard).

~ All rooms come fully furnished with tables (all hydraulic), tables, chairs, stools, furniture, clocks, numerous lighting options, mirrors, decor, hot towel cabinets, paraffin wax warmers, table heaters and more. Nothing is required for your position -> we supply everything you will need! This includes marketing materials, oils and lotions, add on supplies, first aid supplies, medical supplies such as blood pressure monitors, all linens and more.

~ We offer numerous benefit packages and options here at the clinic such as private health insurance benefits including life insurance and death/dismember insurance, matching RRSP programs, personal investement discounts, in house and out of house CE discount codes up to 50%, online discount providers, in house discount on products worth 25% and more.

~ Bonus options for reaching goals, picking up last minute appointments, and working Sundays. Available to all staff! On top of 100% GST and Tip payout, and your service commission on a completed appointment basis. No paying for time off such as with a rental. Biweekly pay structure with customizable day of the week.

~ Scheduling freedom based on room availability, and shifts can be on a weekly or biweekly rotation (same every week or same every two weeks) -> please note we do not have a ton of current availability so this could limit your exact choices

~ Extensive in person and online support for learning, questions, and more both for work and personal related matters. This includes an online learning hub, full time reception, full time management, and more.
