We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, hospitality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

***This Job includes Tips ($30-$60 a shift), a staff meal on shift and discounts on food/ groceries.

Duties

- Room for growth into other Kitchen Positions.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Help with stocking supplies and organizing storage areas to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in serving food to guests or staff as needed




- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Support the culinary team during busy service times by providing additional assistance as required

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and hospitality services
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
