```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the premises
- Monitor and control access to the building or property
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, employees, and visitors
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as accidents or disturbances
- Provide assistance and guidance to residents and visitors as needed
- Handle packages and deliveries for residents
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activity on the premises
- Enforce property rules and regulations

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a door attendant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and procedures




- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Background in law enforcement or loss prevention is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed during stressful situations
- Solid attention to detail and observation skills
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time
