POSITION:

We are looking for a confident, goal-oriented Membership Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for new prospects. Your primary responsibility is to convert leads into members by conducting consultative conversations, recommending the right membership, and confidently closing. This position will work primarily from our Meadowvale with the potential of extra hours available at our other Mississauga locations.

We have a great training & mentorship program that will teach you everything that there is to know!

While this posting is for Membership Sales Consultant, since Club Pilates continues to rapidly expand, there are potential promotion opportunities available from this role .

What You’ll Be Responsible For





- Conducting inbound and outbound calls with new leads
- Asking questions to understand prospects’ fitness goals, concerns, and motivations
- Recommending memberships as solutions, not just listing prices
- Creating urgency and confidently asking for the commitment
- Booking and converting intro sessions into memberships
- Following up with undecided prospects and overcoming objections
- Tracking leads, conversions, and performance metrics
- Supporting front desk operations

Experience

- Sales experience preferred (fitness, retail, hospitality, phone sales, real estate, or similar)
- Customer-facing experience required
- Fitness industry experience is a plus, but sales mindset matters more
