Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of maintenance and repair skills, demonstrating the ability to tackle various tasks around residential and commercial properties. This role is crucial in ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional for all occupants.

Duties

- Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing, and minor electrical work. Ex. Replacing light fixtures, and faucets.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues.
- Assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
- Handle minor carpentry tasks including repairs to doors, windows, and cabinetry.
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing tasks.

Skills

- Has license and vehicle.




- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Has their own basic tools.
- Solid work ethic.
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
