F&I; Manager – Mazda of Toronto #1 Mazda Dealer in Ontario

Mazda of Toronto is hiring a full-time, experienced F&I; Manager to join our high-volume, high-performance team.

What You Bring

- Valid OMVIC License
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License (clean abstract)
- Minimum 2 years automotive experience (F&I; experience required)
- Strong knowledge of prime & subprime financing
- Experience with CDK / 180
- Must be able to complete full F&I; process over the phone
- Confident communicator who can build trust without being face-to-face
- Ability to handle high volume and close deals properly

What You’ll Do

- Manage the full F&I; process: contracts, funding, registration, compliance




- Structure deals and submit applications to the right lenders
- Sell aftermarket products (warranty, GAP, protection
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize every deal
- Handle customer questions and objections confidently
- Generate additional business through follow-up and outreach
- Stay compliant with OMVIC and dealership standards

Pay: $150,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
