Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Prepare materials and components for production using work orders and specifications
- Assemble product that meets quality and productivity standards
- Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and production machinery safely and effectively
- Measure, inspect, and verify components throughout the production process
- Identify and resolve minor production issues while minimizing waste
- Rotate between workstations and support multiple production areas as required
- Perform quality inspections before products move to the next stage of production
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work environment
- Contribute ideas that improve quality, safety, and efficiency

Experience

- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly tasks is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge or background in operating forklifts adds value to your application
- Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn recent skills
- Comfortable using basic measuring tools (ruler, tape measure, calipers, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, while contributing to a positive team enviroment

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
