Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Person to join our sales team. In this role, you will be engaging with potential clients and nurturing existing relationships to drive sales growth. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and proactive approach will help expand our reach. Responsibilities

- Engage with existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to present various product lines and assist with project development
- Assist in up-selling existing clients by introducing new products or services that meet their evolving needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project status using various high quality organizational tools and programs
- Assist with other necessary operations such as purchasing, receiving shipments, attending jobsites, overseeing installation progress and achieving client satisfaction

Skills

- Proven experience or interest in outside and/or retail sales is an asset
- Strong negotiation skills desired with the ability to close high-end sales effectively




- Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette that fosters trust and rapport with clients
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently and prioritize prospects for maximum impact
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and supporting teams in a detail-oriented workplace
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts and follow-up tasks simultaneously
- Customer service orientation combined with marketing insight to enhance client engagement strategies
- Computer and technological skills needed for managing order entry and other software programs.
- Basic math skills for calculating quotes, discounts, and profit margins effectively
- Physical capability to lift/move heavy objects
