Battlefords Residential Services Inc. (BRSI) is a non-profit, community-based organization providing residential, day program and support services for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities through the operation of 6 group homes providing service for 35 individuals; a Supported Living Program providing service for up to 15 individuals and a community-based day program providing service for 12 individuals.

BRSI is inviting applications for the position of GROUP HOME MANAGER.

The successful applicant will have:

- An acceptable combination of training and experience in working with persons who have intellectual and physical disabilities;
- Solid communication, organizational, interpersonal, managerial, and personal care skills;
- Leadership skills with the ability to work in a team environment while providing direction and supervision;
- Can effectively multi-task while prioritizing the workload with valuable time management
- CLSD Level 1 & 2;
- OH&S; Level 1,2 & Supervisory;




- CPR and 1st Aide Certificates;
- Valid driver's license;
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search is required.

The hours of work currently are Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with 12 PM-1 PM off for lunch. On-call responsibilities on a rotational basis with other managers- one weekend every 8 weeks. Monthly EDO.

Starting Salary - $55,809.76/annum with progression through a 4 step salary grid.
