Seasonal Contract | Toronto Hop-On Hop-Off Sightseeing Tours

We’re a leading Toronto sightseeing company, known for our double-decker bus tours, and we’re looking for friendly, confident individuals to join our team for the 2026 season.

This role focuses on engaging visitors and selling tickets for our double-decker tours and other sightseeing experiences, working directly with guests in a lively, outdoor environment.

(Contract position through November 2026)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Engaging visitors in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Explaining double-decker tour routes, schedules, and features clearly
- Selling and processing tickets for double-decker tours and additional sightseeing experiences
- Recommending tour options, upgrades, and combinations based on guest interests
- Redeeming and validating tickets efficiently to manage guest flow
- Supporting guests as they plan their day and choose how to explore Toronto
- Communicating with teammates, dispatch, and office staff as needed
- Representing the City Sightseeing Toronto brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

What We’re Looking For





- Comfortable starting conversations with the public
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with guest interaction and ticket sales
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Second languages are an asset
