Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties

- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Crafting cocktails with attention to detail
- Preparing drinks for servers while maintaining a welcoming demeanor for bar-top guests
- Preparing bar garnishes, infusions, and syrups for cocktails
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall restaurant workplace to meet sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.




- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to provide prompt service without compromising quality.

Experience

- Previous bartending experience a must. Serving experience beneficial.
- Wine knowledge and training given preference
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest relations.
