Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and deploy applications on the Appian platform to meet complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design scalable solutions.
- Integrate Appian applications with external systems using REST APIs, web services, and other interfaces.
- Optimize application performance through code tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain version control and code repositories using tools like GitHub and SVN for efficient development cycles.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and system configurations to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.

Skills





- Proven experience in application development with a strong focus on Appian platform architecture.
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks.
- Solid understanding of SQL databases including MySQL and SQL Server; experience with database integration is essential.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for deploying scalable applications.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration techniques for connecting disparate systems.
- Programming skills in Java, C#, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, or VBA are highly desirable for versatile development tasks.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies using tools like GitHub, Git, SVN for version control.
- Comfortable working on Linux environments; understanding of.NET frameworks and application deployment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
