Key qualities include: empathy, flexibility, adaptability to change, and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be A.R.D.M.S (now updated to CMRTO certification). or C.A.R.D.U.P certified or eligible, prior experience in women’s health and reproductive health would be an asset.
