Position Overview

The Pharmacy Assistant plays a key role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for our patients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner
- Process prescriptions and enter data accurately into pharmacy software (KROLL)
- Support dispensing workflow and medication preparation
- Handle incoming phone calls and patient inquiries




- Coordinate deliveries and prescription pickups
- Maintain inventory and assist with stock management
- Assist with compliance packaging and other specialized pharmacy services

Qualifications

- Previous pharmacy experience Required
- Familiarity with Kroll pharmacy software is an asset (but not mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Schedule

Full-time position
Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 5:00
Saturday: 9:00 - 2:00 (Flexible)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
