Hranco Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Control Administrator to join our Quality team. Reporting directly to the Quality Control Manager, this role supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensures compliance with client specifications, codes, and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and support quality systems including ISO, ABSA, ASME, and CWB
- Compile and assemble complete data books / Manufacturer’s Data Reports and project turnover packages
- Track materials, MTRs, certifications, weld maps, NDE reports, and related quality records
- Manage document control, revisions, transmittals, and record retention
- Support inspections, audits, non-conformance tracking, and corrective actions
- Coordinate with production, engineering, inspectors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely quality documentation
- Assist with continuous improvement of quality processes

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control Administration, Document Control, or Quality Assurance in industrial fabrication,



construction, or oil & gas
- Proven experience maintaining quality systems that include ISO, ABSA, ASME, and CWB
- Hands-on experience assembling data books and tracking materials/certifications
- Strong knowledge of pressure equipment, welding, and fabrication documentation
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with NDE processes, weld mapping, and code audits is an asset

Additional Requirements

- CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 (or equivalent)
- Pre-access testing, driver’s abstract, and background check as required
