Meal Prep Ottawa is looking for an experienced, customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our Westboro retail location.

This is a front facing role where your focus is on delivering a great in store experience and helping customers find the right meals quickly and confidently.

What you’ll be doing

- Greeting and serving walk in customers
- Explaining our meals, meal plans, and services
- Answering phone calls and handling customer inquiries
- Assisting customers with purchases and checkout
- Preparing and serving pre made sandwiches using a panini press
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and well stocked
- Maintaining a friendly, skilled customer experience

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and a personable attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Food Handler Certificate required
- Ability to speak French is an asset, not required

Schedule

- Full time position
- Must be available Wednesady, Thursday, Friday, Saturday,



and Sunday
- This schedule is not flexible
- Applicants without this availability will not be considered
