Job Summary:

The Full time Center Associate at The UPS Store #614 (Not a Warehouse job) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with a variety of tasks in a rapid-paced retail store environment. This individual will work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations at the store and maintain a positive customer experience. This role will require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. This is a retail store where customer service and hospitality are of utmost importance. Please note we require someone to be available full time.

Compensation & Benefits:
The starting compensation for this position ranges from $17.60 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process shipping and printing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Package and ship items using UPS or other carriers
- Operate printing and copying equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized store workplace
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Promote UPS products and services to customers
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and cash handling




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Attend training and educational programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience with shipping and printing services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and comfort with technology
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, including weekends
