About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of full-time Maintenance Crew Member. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Performing general maintenance and repairs, including basic painting, plumbing, carpentry, fixture replacements, and other property maintenance tasks.
- Responding to maintenance requests and work orders, working under the direction of the Engineering team to support the smooth operation of the property.
- Assisting with preventative maintenance and routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and property facilities.
- Maintaining the appearance and functionality of guest rooms and public areas, including hallways, lobbies, spa, and recreational areas.
- Supporting seasonal and property projects, including moving outdoor furniture, preparing rooms and spaces for events or renovations, and other operational needs.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following safety procedures, properly using tools and equipment,



and working cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors.

Pay & Schedule

Wage: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full time; weekend and late-shift availability required
- Start Date: As soon as possible
