Bedrock Basement Systems is a locally owned and operated company specializing in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, sump pump systems, crawlspace encapsulation, and concrete repair throughout Southern Alberta.

We're not looking for someone to simply supervise a crew—we're looking for a leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and wants to help build one of Alberta's premier foundation repair companies from the ground up.

What You'll Do

- Lead a crew on residential projects.
- Read work orders and ensure installations are completed to company standards.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer questions throughout the project.
- Complete daily paperwork, photos, and job documentation.
- Coordinate equipment and materials.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a foreman, crew leader, or supervisor in construction.
- Experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete, excavation, or general construction is a major asset.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.




- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of performing demanding work.
- Ability to operate construction equipment is an asset.
- Safety tickets (First Aid, CSTS, Confined Space, etc.) are considered an asset.
