Swimming Pool Technician/Laborer
We are looking for a few great workers to complete our CW team! We are a swimming pool company with over 20 years experience. We specialize in swimming pool builds, renovations and pool upgrades. 2026 is our busiest year booked in to date, we are sure to keep you busy!

Responsibilities:

- general labour
- operate power tools
- dig, backfill
- assist in plumbing
- assist in concrete work
- assist in demolition work
- and more

Requirements:

- Be able to regularly lift 50+ lbs
- Have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Be a punctual and hard worker
- Have a excellent attitude and be ready to work
- Be able to work outside in the elements: sun, rain, wind, cold, etc
- Experience with power tools
- Pool experience ( not required but appreciated)

Work Remotely

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00-$35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- Power tools: 1 year (preferred)
