Position: CNC Fiber Laser Operator (Trumpf) – Entry Level
Location: Cambridge, ON
Pay Rate: Starting around $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts:

Weekday Day Shift

- Monday to Thursday
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Weekday Night Shift

- Monday to Thursday
- 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

Weekend Day Shift

- Friday to Sunday
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

Weekend Night Shift

- Friday to Sunday
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

One of our clients is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join their team.

No previous CNC laser experience is required — willing to train the right candidates who have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Successful candidates will receive hands-on training to operate Trumpf CNC Fiber Laser cutting equipment.

Responsibilities:

· Operate CNC Fiber Laser cutting machines after completing training

· Load and unload metal materials safely

· Follow production drawings, work instructions, and job specifications





· Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and product standards

· Complete basic machine checks and report any issues

· Follow workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE

· Work safely around overhead cranes, forklifts, and industrial equipment

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Manufacturing or production experience is an asset

· CNC machine experience is an asset but not required

· Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

· Valuable attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

· Basic computer skills

· Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)

· Comfortable with repetitive tasks, bending, reaching, and material handling

Pay: $22.00 per hour
