The Job

You’ll run installation crews on industrial sites tools in hand, leading from the floor. This is a working foreman position responsible for crew productivity, safety, quality, and schedule on projects ranging from single-week installs to multi-month builds. Based out of our Markham location, servicing the GTA and travelling to project sites across North America.

What You’ll Do

- Lead crews of 4–12 installers on racking, conveyor, mezzanine, and millwright scopes
- Read and execute from shop drawings, layouts, and anchor plans
- Run daily toolbox talks, enforce site safety, and complete daily reports
- Coordinate with site contacts, GCs, and other trades
- Manage material receiving, staging, and tool/equipment accountability
- Escalate scope changes and field conflicts to the PM before they cost days

What You Bring

- 5+ years industrial installation experience, 2+ in a lead or foreman role
- 433A Millwright, 309A Electrician, or equivalent trade ticket (asset — strong non-ticketed candidates considered)
- Working at Heights, WHMIS, forklift and scissor/boom lift certification
- Comfortable with scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and powder-actuated tools




- Valid driver’s licence and clean abstract; passport for U.S. travel
- Willing to travel across Canada and the U.S. (typically Monday–Friday, some extended)
