Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled General Contractor that can complete construction projects from inception to completion. This role is dynamic and will require coordinating all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Expertise in managing teams, reading blueprints, and understanding complex schematics is an asset. What You'll Do

- Take construction projects from start to finish — steel buildings, agricultural structures, renovations, new builds and everything in between.
- Work with our Lead Construction Manager, clients, and subcontractors to interpret plans and keep projects on track
- Supervise day-to-day on-site activities, making sure safety protocols are followed and the work meets our standards
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment so the crew has what it needs when it needs it
- Roll up your sleeves across multiple trades — framing, concrete forming and finishing, flooring, tile, cabinetry, painting, and more
- Keep an eye on costs and help with estimating so projects stay on budget




- Make sure everything we build complies with BC building codes and project specs
- Keep easy, clear records of progress, incidents, and project details

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a general contractor or in construction management, with a solid understanding of the building process from the ground up
- Comfortable reading blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Hands-on skill across multiple trades — carpentry, concrete, flooring, tile, and finishing work
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC drawings (enough to coordinate the trades doing the work)
- Experience with cost estimating, whether by software or good old-fashioned know-how
- A leader who can coordinate crews and subcontractors, communicate clearly, and keep the job site positive and safe
- Adaptability — you're just as comfortable on a steel building as you are on a residential renovation
- Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus

- $32–$35 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time
- Location: Peachland, BC (on-site)
