RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operating embroidery machines and performing quality control for each finished product
- Paying attention to specific embroidery instructions and closely monitoring work to catch errors early and ensure accuracy
- Performing light troubleshooting and daily maintenance to keep machinery in top shape for fulfilling orders
- Identifying the correct supplies and machine settings needed to complete each job
- Inspecting all work, correcting any deviations or errors, and packaging items nicely for shipping
- Reaching daily production goals
- Performing other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1–2 years working with embroidery machines
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

This is a full-time, on-site position (no remote work). Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
