No experience is required to work with us as we hire and retain primarily based on hard work, effort, honesty, process adherence, teamwork

Compensation

- Pay begins between $25-$30 per hour.
- Fraser Valley Seismic is a production based company, meaning your wage is a direct reflection of your productivity regardless of experience or time spent with the company.
- If you are producing at a $35 per hour rate, you will be paid $35 per hour.
- Your earning potential is in your hands.

Daily tasks can include:

- Construction layout using a total station.
- Installation of steel threaded rods pre-concrete pour.
- Drilling holes through wood-frame walls for the installation of steel threaded rods.
- Installation of seismic hardware onto steel threaded rods.
- Fastening and activating seismic devices.
- Documentation of work completed.
- Material organization and documentation.

More Information:





- The successful candidate can expect to learn more about general wood-frame construction, structural drawings and many other components in the building process.
- The successful candidates must provide for themselves a hardhat, high visibility safety vest and CSA approved steel-toed boots (not shoes).
- Fraser Valley Seismic will provide all other required PPE and tools.
