One of our clients are seeking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Superintendent with strong ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated construction professional who wants to grow within a dynamic general contracting environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, Estimator, and company leadership to oversee projects, coordinate site activities, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of Site Supervisor experience in ICI commercial construction
- Previous experience working for a commercial general contractor is required
- Strong knowledge of Ontario construction practices and standards
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, terminology, and project coordination
- Robust communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with construction documentation, change orders,



and project reporting
- Health & Safety training and certifications required
- Comfortable using technology and construction management tools
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid cell phone

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Monitor health and safety compliance on site
- Assist Project Management and Estimating teams with documentation and project updates
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Support problem-solving and ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Additional Information
- Occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required (approximately 3–4 Saturdays per year)
- Benefits and bonus opportunities are available after successful completion of a 120-day review period

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
