Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Canning Line Supervisor to oversee our packaging operations. This role is vital in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining our commitment to quality. The Line Supervisor will play a key part in supporting our mission to deliver great beer at competitive prices.
Responsibilities

- Supervise daily packaging line operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Coordinate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining safety standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in training team members on operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on operational metrics.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or food processing environments, preferably in brewing or related industries.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Solid understanding of sanitation and food safety standards.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate clearly.
- Basic math skills for measurements and record-keeping.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of packaging processes is advantageous.
