We are hiring for Manual Truck Unloaders for a role in Mount Forest.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Manual Truck Unloaders to join our team. This position involves manually unloading products and materials from trucks and trailers and moving them to designated areas. This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Manually unload products and materials from trucks and trailers
- Lift and move boxes, cartons, and other materials
- Stack and organize products safely and efficiently
- Move products to designated areas within the warehouse
- Inspect products for visible damage and report issues to a supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area




- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet unloading targets
- Perform other general warehouse duties as required

REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATIONS

- Previous manual unloading or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods
- Good physical stamina and a strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Steel-toe safety footwear required
- Forklift certification is not required for this position

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- WAGE: $18.00/hr to $20.00/hr
- SHIFT: On call between 7AM-3:30PM, 3-4 hours at a time
