As an in-home babysitter with Nannies on Call, you can:

We are looking for nurturing, professional, education-driven caregivers with a passion for childcare and previous childcare experience.

Schedule:

- Completely flexible based on your availability
- Daytime, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights
- Accept or decline appointments as they are offered

Compensation:

- $22–$25/hour depending on experience
- Tips from families are common and can significantly increase earnings

Employment Type:

- Casual / On-Call
- Independent Contractor

Primary responsibilities mainly include, but are not limited to:

- Providing attentive, engaging childcare for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children
- Supporting routines including meals, naps, homework, and bedtime
- Planning age-appropriate activities and outings
- Maintaining a safe and organized environment during your shift
- Communicating professionally with families and our internal team

- Newborn Care Specialists
- Professional caregivers with additional skills in languages, athletics, arts, technology, food & nutrition, or education

Requirements:
To be considered, all candidates must provide:

- A childcare-focused resume outlining a minimum of 2 years of childcare experience
- 2–5 recent glowing childcare references that can be verified
- A valid Standard or Emergency Childcare First Aid & CPR Level B or C Certificate
- A current clear Criminal Record Check
- One piece of photo ID
- Legal authorization to work with children in Canada
