Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement engaging instructional content tailored to various learning needs using tools like Adobe Captivate and Blackboard.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training materials aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to gather insights and translate complex concepts into clear, accessible learning modules.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to upload, organize, and track training courses, ensuring seamless learner access and progress monitoring.
- Incorporate best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles to optimize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and interactive activities that accurately measure learning outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in training & development, e-learning technologies, and instructional methodologies.

Experience





- Proven experience in instructional design or related roles within education or corporate training environments.
- Strong background in content development, with excellent writing skills for creating compelling instructional materials.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Blackboard or similar systems for course management.
- Proficiency in authoring tools like Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline to produce interactive e-learning modules.
- Demonstrated project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives from conception through implementation.
- Classroom teaching or training experience is highly desirable, along with excellent presentation skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and convey complex ideas clearly and confidently.

Pay: $40.00-$65.00 per hour
