Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Lead, train, and develop staff to foster a motivated and efficient team environment.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Handle POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen management and sanitation practices.
- Monitor shift performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant efficiency.

Skills

- Proven management experience within Tim Hortons.
- Robust knowledge of food preparation procedures and food safety regulations.




- Excellent leadership skills with a background in staff training, supervising, and team management.
- Skilled in inventory control, inventory, and food cost management practices.
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.

- Ideal candidate will have minimum of 1 year of recent Tim Hortons experience as a Manager OR MUST have 2 years as a Tim Hortons Supervisor

- Recent Tim Hortons experience required
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Friendly and outgoing
- Flexible schedule
- Previous management experience
