Olds Softgels Ltd. is a fast-paced, international, manufacturer of pharmaceutical, cannabis, and nutritional products. We are currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our facility in Olds, Alberta.

The Production Operator is responsible for operating encapsulation equipment and supporting manufacturing activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production in a GMP-regulated environment.

Specific Job Duties:

- Operate and monitor encapsulation equipment in accordance with SOPs and established procedures.
- Prepare gelatin and liquid fill batches accurately and safely.
- Complete batch records and production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Inspect, polish, size, and package finished product to meet quality specifications.
- Perform equipment operation in a safe and controlled manner.
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives and other plant duties as assigned.

Required:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to ready, understand, and follows SOPs and batch records.
- Basic math skills for measurements and batch calculations.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (22kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred:

- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or cannabis manufacturing.
- Experience working in a GMP or regulated setting.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
