Title: Aluminum Window Installer – Commercial High-Rise

Location: Calgary Downtown, AB

Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Aluminum Window Installer to join our team for a commercial high-rise construction project in downtown Calgary. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing aluminum windows and related glazing systems in a commercial or high-rise construction environment.

Responsibilities

- Install aluminum windows, frames, and related components in commercial high-rise buildings.

- Read and follow installation drawings, measurements, and specifications.

- Measure, level, align, and securely fasten window frames and assemblies.

- Seal and weatherproof windows to ensure proper installation and prevent air/water penetration.

- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

- Work at heights using appropriate fall-protection equipment and procedures.

- Assist with material handling and transportation of window components to work areas.

- Inspect completed installations for quality, alignment, and proper operation.

- Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.





- Work collaboratively with other installers, construction trades, and site supervisors.

Requirements

- Previous experience as an Aluminum Window Installer, Glazier, or similar construction role.

- Experience working in a commercial high-rise setting is required.

- Working at Heights certification required.

- WHMIS certification required.

- 4 Steps Health & Safety training required.

- Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

- Ability to use hand and power tools.

- Good physical condition with the ability to lift and handle window materials.

- Reliable transportation to downtown Calgary.

- Past employment references required.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
