Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our energetic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Duties

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods to assist guests effectively.




- Support team members during busy shifts to enhance overall service efficiency.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus, including understanding sanitation practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
