Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets and cleaning the bathroom.
- Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens
- Empty trash containers and remove waste to designated areas
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel

Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
