Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Metal Roofing

We are a fast-growing metal roofing company looking for motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team.

When our crew installs a metal roof, our sales reps canvass the surrounding neighbourhood. Homeowners can see the project happening in real time, making it easier to start conversations, generate leads, and close new projects.

What You'll Do

- Canvass neighbourhoods around active roofing projects
- Speak with homeowners and introduce our metal roofing services
- Book estimates and close deals
- Follow up with interested homeowners by call/text
- Coordinate with our sales and installation team

Compensation

- $18 CAD/hour base pay
- 50% of the profit on projects you generate
- Average commission: $1,000–$2,000 per project
- Top performers can earn $12,000+ per month

What We're Looking For

- Confident and comfortable talking to strangers




- Strong communication and sales skills
- Competitive, motivated, and able to handle rejection
- Sales or construction experience is an asset, but not required
- Driver's licence and vehicle preferred
