Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled sales/warehouse employee. There will be 4 individuals required, 2 for warehouse, and 2 for sales. The sales role is a growth role that pays on average 55,000 - 110,000 yearly. The warehouse role is fun, dynamic role that is full of growth potential, from becoming an automotive technician to working in sales in both a retail or commercial level. Ample sales experience is required for this role. If you do not have 3+ years in sales experience you would start off in the warehouse and move to sales from there.

Responsibilities

- Coordinating deliveries, shipping, helping the sales team on a commercial and retail level
- Assist customers by explaining repairs needed and recommending appropriate solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety standards
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on vehicles to identify potential issues early
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations

Skills

- Proven experience in automotive repair or sales preferably within a dealership setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, especially tires and suspension components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment




- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) as required for tire installation and suspension work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Sales skills are a plus for recommending additional services or products to customers

PAY/FUTURE OPPORTUNITY

- Pay will be based on years of experience
- Pay will be based on level of experience
- Growth opportunity: Apprentice technician, Sales Manager , Commercial Sales, Retail sales manager, automotive service advisor.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
